Services

A full-stack developer to build your web app or website.

A site or app with a real back end: accounts, a database, forms, payments, an admin side. Built, deployed and explained.

Illustration of a web app's interface, server and database connected as one system

Is this for you?

  • Customers or staff need to log in and see their own data.

  • You need to take payments, send emails, connect to another service or run work in the background.

  • A marketing site must be fast, found by search engines and editable by non-developers.

  • You have designs and need someone to build both the pages and everything behind them.

A five-page brochure site is cheaper and quicker on a website builder. I'm useful when the site needs accounts, a database, a content system, integrations or custom behaviour.

What you get

  • Both halves, built together

The interface, the server, the database, sign-in, forms and deployment. When a button needs a new table, I add the table.

  • A site that is quick and findable

Pages that load fast, have proper titles and structure and work on a phone. I check accessibility and search basics before launch.

  • Content you can change

A headless CMS or a small admin screen, depending on how often your content changes and who edits it.

  • Documentation and ownership

Code, repository, hosting and domains live in your accounts, with notes on how to run and deploy everything.

What the first two weeks look like

  1. Week 1

Plan, set-up and a first deploy

We agree pages, features and the order to build them. I set up the repository and hosting, and deploy a first, empty version so everything is connected from the start.

  2. Week 2

    The first complete flow, live

The first complete page or flow, live, with its data and forms working.

Relevant experience

I have built customer-facing and internal apps in Next.js and React since 2022: dealer landing pages with a lead form for German and Swiss markets, the multi-language LEICHT site on a headless CMS and GraphQL, an internal kitchen configurator, a chat and task interface for an AI marketing product, and Stripe billing and subscription tables for a client app built through caisy.

The work page lists projects and what I did on each.

How we work and what it costs

I work in TypeScript, React and Next.js on the front end, Node.js and PostgreSQL on the back end, and Tailwind CSS for styling. I have also built sites on headless CMS platforms.

I scope by pages and features and quote before any work starts: fixed for a clear scope, monthly for ongoing work. You get a live preview link from the first week.

Send a short description in the form below: what the site or app should do, who uses it and when you'd like it live.

Questions people ask

Do you build simple websites too?

Yes, though for a five-page brochure site a website builder is cheaper and quicker. I'm useful when the site needs accounts, a database, a content system, integrations or custom behaviour.

Which tools do you use?

TypeScript, React and Next.js on the front end, Node.js and PostgreSQL on the back end, and Tailwind CSS for styling. I have also built sites on headless CMS platforms.

Can you work with an existing designer or agency?

Yes. I turn designs into working pages and put the logic behind them. I'm happy to work from Figma files, or alongside an agency that owns the design.

Will I be able to edit content myself?

If you need that, we choose a content system at the start, either a headless CMS or a simple admin screen, so you don't have to ask me for every text change.

Do you work with companies in other countries?

Yes. I work remotely, in English, and I agree overlap hours at the start so we can talk when it matters.
